Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
